Cutting/Trimming
Cutting and trimming is done to complete the paper, form or design to it’s specific size requirements.
Folding
Flat pieces of paper are placed into a machine and programed to be automatically folded.
Lamination
Plastic is heat sealed around a printed piece of paper to provide a permanent layer of protection.
Consecutive Numbering
Consecutive numbering is a sequence of numbers that increases on each printed page/item.
Mail Merging
Mail merging allows a batch of documents to be personalized for each separate recipient.
Scoring
A crease is embedded into paper to create guide marks for clean, easy folding of paper.
Perforation
Perforation allows part of a sheet of paper to be easily separated by folding and tearing along the perforation line.
Stapling
Printed items or documents are stapled together to keep them in a specific order or grouping.
Spiral/Comb Binding
These 2 methods of binding allows pages to be bound together into a book without using adhesives.
Hole Punching
Holes can be punched or drilled in the standard set of 3 or customized to the specific need based upon the project.
Gluing/Padding
A specific adhesive is used to glue 1 side on a stack of paper to adhere all of the pages together, forming a pad with “tear away” capabilities.
